Freshman (2017): Ended her season ranked #72 in singles and #22 in doubles State wide. Named Big 8 All Conference Second Team…Went 12-3 overall and 9-2 in the Big 8; at #1 doubles she went 12-7 overall and 5-4 in the Big 8. In singles play, Erin went 0-1 at #1, 1-0 at #2, 5-1 at #3, and 4-0 at #4. Erin won Big 8 matches against Santa Rosa, Solano College, American River, and Sierra Colleges along with wins over Reedley, Cosumnes, and Sequoias. Played #3 singles and #2 doubles in the first round of the Northern California Team Playoffs against Foothill College winning her doubles match 9-7. In the Big 8 Conference Championships, Erin was a finalist in the back draw for singles (final was not played; would have been against her teammate Abriana Rowe) and a quarter finalist in doubles qualifying her for the State Championships in Ojai California. At the State Championships, Erin and her doubles partner Arielle Frank (seeded #10) played their way to the round of 32 losing a very close match to Imperial Valley 5-7, 6-4, (10-3. This result placed them #22 in the state wide rankings. This is the highest year-end ranking for women’s tennis at Folsom Lake College.
High School: Erin played four years Varsity Tennis at Granite Bay High School, playing #6 her junior year while going undefeated and making the 2nd Team All-Conference Team. During her senior year, Erin played #3 with a record of 8-4 and again making the All-Conference Team, this time 1st Team.
